Today, it rained. It poured, really, and it was about 28 degrees. There was ice, and drear, and misery outside.
Inside, I woke up and noticed there was a good deal of dullness and grey-around-the-edges in the mirror as well. After these past several months of heated indoor air, cold dry winds, forgetting to buy vegetables frequently since my CSA ended (hey, it happens!), indulgence over the holidays and divergence from my usual routines, my skin looked pretty much like an over-worn throw rug. And it occurred to me that lots of you are probably in the same spot. So, I changed my upcoming January workshop! Join me to learn about making and eating your way to bright, healthy skin on January 31.

This morning I got an advance copy of the Spring 2015 Continuing Education Classes catalog from the Morris Arboretum- thanks Miriam! And here it is, my first-ever all-by-myself workshop hosted by someone else: Once the classes are on the Arboretum's website, Miriam will let me know and we'll have a link to register for it. But I'm in print! This is a happy Saturday morning for me :)
In the meantime, register for my other workshops on my Events page! You'll have fun and learn some things and taste some things and generally come away from the day knowing a little more than you did before. I don't know about you, but my 'welcome back' week after the holidays has been a whirlwind of busy. Suddenly, here we are on Friday afternoon! Before another hour slips by, I wanted to make sure to announce my upcoming classes. Join me to learn about detoxing, wild spring greens, and spring tonics! I was invited to teach at the Morris Arboretum next month, so I'm looking forward to that event as well.
